David Mizrahi is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Claroty, David oversees hiring processes across multiple regions, implementing AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment workflows. Previously, as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Check Point Software Technologies, David provided strategic hiring advice and managed the complete recruiting cycle. During a decade-long tenure at AUY movement - האיחוד החקלאי, David held several roles, culminating in the position of Director of National HR, where responsibilities included recruitment, policy implementation, and international representation. David holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Education and a coaching certification.
