Natalie Katester Boimer is currently the Global VP of Human Resources at Claroty. Natalie has over ten years of experience in recruitment and HR management. Prior to Claroty, Natalie was the Recruitment & HR Manager at Team8, a cyber security powerhouse that focuses on developing disruptive technologies and launching new cybersecurity companies. Natalie has also worked as a Recruitment Manager at SQLink, a cyber technology and services company that provides high-end consulting and incident response support for organizations worldwide.

Natalie Katester Boimer holds an MBA in Business Management & Human Resource from The College of Management Academic Studies and a BA in Behavioral Sciences & Human Resource from The College of Management Academic Studies.
