Sergio Padula Carnevalli

Sergio Padula Carnevalli currently serves as the Global VP of Human Resources for DRiV at Tenneco, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Sergio held various roles at Ecolab, including Vice President of Commercial Transformation - Sales Operations and Vice President of Human Resources for the Light and Heavy Sectors, overseeing HR strategies for a global workforce. With a strong background in HR operations and analytics, Sergio previously managed HR operations for Ecolab Europe and led initiatives that resulted in significant time savings through continuous improvement training. Sergio's early career includes an HR Manager role in the oil industry and an internship in data analytics at Cornell University. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a law degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
