Roger Ganz

Roger Ganz is currently the Head of Asset Management and CIO at Clarus Capital Group. Roger has also previously worked at Saverna Therapeutics AG, SVIT, Zurich, and Notenstein La Roche Privatbank AG. From May 2012 to May 2017, they served as the Head Portfolio Management and Executive Director at Notenstein La Roche Privatbank AG. In this role, they were responsible for the integration of regional Portfolio Management Teams and various projects, such as the IT migration to Avaloq (PFM Tool) and Product Offering. Under their leadership, Assets under Management grew while headcount was reduced by more than 20%. Roger also successfully launched CHF focused Discretionary Mandates and relaunched solutions for the Swiss pension scheme (BVG). Prior to their role at Notenstein La Roche Privatbank AG, Ganz served as a Lecturer at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz from October 2010 to December 2020. Roger was also the Deputy Head of Structured Products at Wegelin & Co. Private Bankers from November 2002 to April 2012. Ganz began their career in 2001 as a Cash Management Specialist at Credit Suisse, where they worked until March 2002.

Roger Ganz completed a Master of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Finance at the University of St.Gallen. Roger also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same school. In addition, they have a Maturität Typus A in Greek & Latin from KS Rychenberg in Winterthur. Roger is also certified from IMD Business School in Boards and Risk.
