Mattias Agerberg

Mattias Agerberg has extensive experience in various roles at Clas Ohlson since March 2010, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Local Union Club and holding several positions in IT and product management, including IT lead for Customer Experience & Product and Major Incident Manager. Mattias has also represented employees as a Union Negotiation Delegate and Health and Safety Representative, focusing on workplace well-being and compliance. In addition to responsibilities at Clas Ohlson, Mattias contributes as Vice Chair of the Housing Cooperative Board at BRF Högsveden 1 and previously held managerial roles in customer service and sales at Sector Alarm AS and The Phone House.
