Iván Ruezga

Iván Ruezga has over 12 years of experience in various human resources roles. Iván most recently worked at Clase Azul México as the Chief People Officer. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Development General Director at the same company. Iván also served as a Human Resources Director and an Executive Manager of Human Resources. Before joining Clase Azul México, they worked at Monsanto in a human resources role. Iván also gained experience at Technicolor as an HR Generalist, Jabil as a Compensations and Benefits Analyst, and Grupo Omnilife as a Recruiting Analyst. Their initial experience in the field was as a Recruiting and Compensations Practitioner at Jabil.

Iván Ruezga obtained a Maestría in Human Capital Management from Universidad Panamericana in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational and Human Development from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac between 2009 and 2011. In 2023, they became a member of the Future Talent Council.
