Kateryna Bondar has a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Product Evangelist at Microsoft in 2013. In 2015, they became an Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Presidential Administration, Reform Coordinator at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. In 2018, they transitioned to a Senior Project Manager role at PwC, followed by a Research Scholar role at Stanford University in 2019. Currently, they are the Founder of Clasee and the Vice President of Strategic Research at the Ukrainian National Torghovaya Palata.

Kateryna Bondar attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Kateryna then returned to the same university from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs.
