Carl Scheumann

Carl Scheumann is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering projects and operations. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Clasen Quality Chocolate since November 2020, Carl directs design, installation, and commercialization of equipment and processes, while also overseeing continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles at Dow included Operations Leader, Production Engineer, and Maintenance Engineer, where Carl contributed to plant safety, performance optimization, and reliability efforts. Additional experience includes a project engineering role at Dow AgroSciences, graduate assistant coaching in lacrosse, and customer service positions at Delta Air Lines. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
