Kyle Riphon

Kyle Riphon has over a decade of experience in IT support and system engineering, currently serving as a System Engineer at Clasen Quality Chocolate since August 2013, after progressing from Network Support Specialist to Senior Network Support Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as Service Desk Technician II at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., where responsibilities included maintaining day-to-day operations and resolving IT issues. Earlier, Kyle worked as an IT Desktop Technician for the State of Wisconsin. Educational qualifications comprise degrees in Network Specialist and CIS Systems Administration & Network Security from Madison Area Technical College.
