Russell Tietz

Director Of Research And Development at CLASEN QUALITY CHOCOLATE, INC

Russell Tietz has extensive experience in research and development in the food industry. Starting in 1993, Tietz worked as an intern at The Pillsbury Company. Russell then held various roles at Kraft Foods from 1998 to 2007, including Group Leader. In 2006, Tietz briefly served as the Director of Research and Development at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as the Manager of Product and Package Engineering Innovation at Sartori Foods. Since 2009, Tietz has been employed at Clasen Quality Chocolate, first as the R&D Manager and currently as the Director of Research and Development.

Russell Tietz pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Russell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science between 1992 and 1996. Subsequently, they furthered their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Food Science from 1996 to 1998.
