Felipe Gruber

Felipe Gruber has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and project development and financing. Felipe has worked at prestigious law firms in Brazil and abroad, including ASBZ Advogados, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Linklaters, and Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados. Felipe also has in-house legal experience at BRASKEM S.A, where they handled M&A transactions and project finance projects. Felipe is currently serving as the Executive Director of Legal at Clash. Felipe's expertise includes representing national and international clients in various legal matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, debt refinancing, and project financing.

Felipe Gruber holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Felipe also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2008. In 2014, they completed another Master of Laws (LLM) degree from University of California, Berkeley.
