Alexandru Berea

Alexandru Berea is currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at BCR Banca Pentru Locuinte since November 2016. Prior to this role, they held various executive positions at BCR, including Executive Director of the Legal Division and Interim Executive Director of the Compliance Division. With a background in legal expertise, they also served as the Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Legal Commission at the Romanian Banking Association from February 2009 to December 2021. Before that, at Banca Comerciala Romana, they were the Deputy Executive Director of the Legal Division, responsible for coordinating the Banking & Litigations Area. Additionally, they also held the position of Head of Department, Banking & Finance Legal Consultancy Dept., where they supervised the Banking & Litigations Area within the Legal Division.
