Kate Ballinger

Kate Ballinger is a Principal at Kalos Ventures and Firework Ventures, holding these roles since May 2024 and May 2020, respectively. Additionally, Kate serves as a Board Observer for several organizations, including Inclusively, Mirza, Tilt, Stride Funding, and TRANSFR Inc. Kate's previous experience includes positions as a Senior Associate and Venture Fellow at Firework Ventures, along with a position as a Board Observer for Learn In from July 2021 to June 2022. Kate's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with minors in Chinese and Mathematics from Georgetown University (2012-2016). Prior to this, Kate worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Associate from September 2016 to August 2019.
