Keyaan Williams

Keyaan Williams has an extensive work experience in the cybersecurity field. They currently serve as the Managing Director at Cyber Leadership and Strategy Solutions, LLC (CLASS-LLC), where they focus on developing cybersecurity strategies for global clients. They are also a Board Member and Chair of the Risk Committee and CISO (Acting) at Worldwide Discipleship Association, where they contribute to the organization's mission of developing character and disciple building.

In addition, Keyaan is a Mentor and Advisor for two programs: Black Corporate Board Readiness (BCBR) at Santa Clara University, which aims to promote diversity in corporate governance, and Accelerating Black Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ABLE) at African Diaspora Network, which supports startups and small businesses led by Black entrepreneurs.

Keyaan is also involved in the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), where they have held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Election Committee, President of the International Board of Directors, and Director of the International Board of Directors. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership and supported the mission of the association.

Furthermore, Keyaan has experience in the private sector, having worked as a Senior Risk Management and Governance Consultant at NCC Group, where they helped build the company's RMG practice in North America. They also served as a Senior Executive in Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Programs at EC-Council.

Prior to that, Keyaan worked at DB Consulting Group, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Information Security (Global), where they implemented an information security and risk management program supporting CDC Center for Global Health operations.

Currently, Keyaan is also the Chapter Director at What Women Want Networking and Conference, leading the all-inclusive chapter in "Wealth and Wisdom Networking" with a focus on cybersecurity.

Keyaan Williams completed an MBA in Information Security Management from Saint Leo University from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their academic degree, they obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being a GROWTH 2.0 Licensed Partner of ICQ Global and a Global DISC Accredited Partner, both obtained in December 2022. Keyaan also became a Holistic Information Security Practitioner through the Holistic Information Security Practitioner Institute (HISPI) in 2020. Keyaan gained further certifications such as being a John Maxwell Team (JMT) Certified Member in February 2018 and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in February 2008. Keyaan's additional certifications include being a Certified Blockchain Professional, Certified CISO (C|CISO), Certified EC-Council Instructor, and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
