Jan Davidsen is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking. As the Founder and Managing Partner of ATRIUM Partners since September 2003, Jan has led a Danish independent financial advisory firm specializing in corporate finance and debt advisory services. Jan also holds significant leadership positions as the Founder and Chairman of the Board at ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, Chairman of the Board at K.W. Bruun Invest A/S, and various board member roles across multiple organizations including K.W. Bruun & Co A/S and Classic Car House. Prior to founding ATRIUM Partners, Jan served as CEO of Nordea Investment Banking and held key positions at Amagerbanken and KPMG. Jan's educational background includes an HD in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and a board education program from IMD.
