Ken Ward

Ken Ward is an experienced construction professional with over 30 years in home building and remodeling. Currently serving as Construction Superintendent at Classic Cottages, LLC since September 2021, Ken previously founded and presided over Ward's Remodeling, Inc. from July 1986 to August 2021, delivering residential construction services to Northern Virginia. Ken's background also includes experience as a Realtor with McEnearney Associates and RE/MAX Allegiance, where specialization included luxury homes and residential real estate. Early career work involved various construction trades, gaining foundational skills in carpentry, electrical, masonry, and more. Ken completed general studies at Seneca Valley High School and pursued further education at NOVA from 1984 to 1986.
