Charlotte Cain is an experienced quantity surveyor currently serving as the Regional Lead Quantity Surveyor at Classic Group since March 2022, overseeing the Eastern Bay, Western Bay, and Tauranga Branches. Previously, Charlotte held roles such as Group Quantity Surveyor & Estimator at Thorne Group and Quantity Surveyor at Signature Homes Ltd. Charlotte's career began with positions at PAGE + CO and Handle Solutions, transitioning from an Estimator & Project Administrator to a Quantity Surveyor. Early experience includes sales at Paper Plus NZ and a trainee position at Canam Construction Ltd. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Construction with a major in Quantity Surveying from Massey University and has participated in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. Currently enrolled in the Emerging Leaders Programme offered by the Property Council New Zealand, Charlotte is enhancing leadership skills for future growth.
