Alexander Pasco

Alexander Pasco is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Corporate Chef de Cuisine at Marc & Rose since January 2023, while also holding the position of Executive Chef at The Scott Resort & Spa since November 2020. Previously, Alexander held the role of Executive Chef at the Tides Inn from July 2019 to August 2020 and served as Chef De Cuisine at Enchantment Resort from April 2018 to July 2019. Starting a culinary career as a Chef at Mii amo, a destination spa, from August 2013 to August 2018, Alexander began as a Line Cook at 25 Lusk from March 2012 to July 2013. Educationally, Alexander holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Scottsdale Culinary Institute (2009-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University (2004-2008).
