Jeff Young

Jeff Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Jeff is currently working as the Vice President of Revenue Management at Classic Hotels & Resorts since January 2023.

Prior to that, they served as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Hersha Hospitality Management from August 2021 to December 2022.

Jeff also held the position of Director of Revenue Management Development at Minor Hotels from October 2017 to June 2020.

Before that, they worked as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Pacific Hospitality Group from January 2015 to October 2017, where they achieved record TRevPAR and market share for their properties and played a key role in the opening and stabilization of three AC by Marriott hotels.

Jeff also has experience in a government role, serving as a Consular Officer at the U.S. Department of State from September 2011 to June 2014.

Jeff held the position of Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Oakwood Worldwide from October 2009 to September 2011.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Princess Cruises as the Manager of Yield Management Systems from January 2006 to October 2008.

Jeff began their career at Hertz, where they held multiple roles including Director of Contribution Management Strategy from November 2003 to December 2005, Manager of Decision Support from July 2001 to October 2003, and South Pacific Zone Yield Manager from June 1998 to July 2001.

Jeff Young holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors (cum laude) from the University of California, Los Angeles. Jeff pursued a double major in Political Science and French during their time at the university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) from HSMAI in May 2022, and Certified Revenue Management Professional (CRME) in June 2016, also from HSMAI.
