Nicole Fraija

Nicole Fraija is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a School Leader Fellow and Instructional Coach at Classical Charter Schools, where Nicole has consistently achieved 100% pass rates in math and ELA New York State Tests for two consecutive years. Nicole's prior roles at Classical include team leadership for various grade levels and curriculum development for core subjects. Nicole also has research experience from the University of Michigan, where work included neuropsychological testing and thesis writing on cognitive decline. Additional roles span internships in marketing, child protection, and politics, complemented by a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
