Manny Gutierrez has a comprehensive work history in the beverage industry, starting in 2003 with Classic Distributing And Beverage Group, Inc. Manny began their career as a Sales Associate and eventually moved up to the role of Area Sales Manager. In this position, they were responsible for sales activities within specific localities, strategic planning, and maintaining client relationships.
In 2015, Manny joined Classic Beverage of Southern California, where they held various roles. Manny initially worked as a Craft Brand Manager, providing expertise in product management, brand positioning, and marketplace and consumer research. Manny also obtained a certification as a Cicerone® during this time.
Later, Manny became the On Premise Channel Manager and was responsible for overseeing the on-premise sales operations. Manny then assumed the role of Sales Director, where they managed all sales operations, both off-premise and on-premise, and developed key growth strategies.
Currently, Manny holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Classic Beverage of Southern California. In this role, they oversee the retail execution for the sales team, including Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives. Manny is responsible for employee training and development, building relationships with key accounts, and developing growth sales strategies.
Throughout their career, Manny has demonstrated a strong understanding of sales operations, strategic planning, and relationship building.
Manny Gutierrez attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2002 to 2004, during which time they studied Criminal Justice and Corrections. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, Manny pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Phoenix.
