Naveen Mandava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and product development. As a Co-Founder of ClassKlap since August 2009, Naveen focuses on data-driven personalized learning. Prior to this, Naveen held several significant roles, including VP of Products at RUMI Education Pvt Ltd from March 2007 to July 2008, Lead Consultant for Education at the World Bank - IPA from May 2007 to February 2008, and Doctoral Fellow in Education Analytics at RAND Corporation from April 2005 to April 2007. Earlier career stages included serving as Sr Manager at the Centre for Civil Society from October 2002 to March 2005. Academically, Naveen obtained a Doctoral Fellowship in Education Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University (1998-2002).
