Pui Yin Lau

Pui Yin Lau has over seven years of work experience, starting in 2014 as an Assistant Manager in Financial Services Assurance at PwC. They then worked as a Manager in Regional Data Protection & Governance at GREAT EASTERN from September 2017 to February 2018. In March 2018, they took on the role of Payments & Operations at GuavaPass. In January 2019, they joined ClassPass as a Payment Specialist and later became a Financial Accountant in October 2020. Pui Yin Lau's most recent position is as a Senior Accountant at ClassPass, which they started in June 2022. In this role, they oversee partner payments, collaborate with the payment provider, analyze reconciliation schedules, support audits, and improve process documentation. They have also successfully secured refunds and initiated a project to increase partner satisfaction.
