Carolina Recchi has a diverse work experience. Carolina began their career in 2012 as a Credit and Industry Analyst at UniCredit. In 2013, they moved to Schroders where they worked as a Product Specialist in the Alternatives Department. In 2015, they joined Bloomberg LP where they held two roles: University Sales and Fixed Income Analytics Advanced Specialist. In 2017, they co-founded ClassPulse, a mobile app for college classrooms that spread to over 200 universities worldwide in just 3 months. In 2018, they co-founded and co-CEO'd EdSights, a conversational AI platform that supports college students. EdSights has supported 1M students, works with ~100 colleges and has increased retention by up to 14%. In 2020, they began working as a Mentor at Techstars.

Carolina Recchi attended St. Stephen's High School in Rome, where they received an IB diploma. Carolina then completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business at Babson College. Carolina also participated in a Summer Mandarin Language Program at Fudan University.
