Seohyun Kang

Seohyun Kang is a Global Business Intern at CLASSUM since May 2023 and previously held the position of Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined from February to April 2023. During the internship at Project Destined, Kang conducted extensive research on the commercial market, industry trends, economic shifts, and financial analysis for a multi-family property in Toronto, developing 10-year cash flow projections and performing sensitivity analysis. Prior experience includes serving as an Education Mentor at EBS from May to December 2022. Seohyun Kang is currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) degree in Statistical Science, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies at the University of Toronto, with an expected graduation in 2025.
