Justin Willis

Justin Willis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational and e-commerce billing operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of E-Commerce Billing Operations at ClassWallet since August 2022, Justin contributes to maximizing the impact of public funding through innovative financial technology utilized by public agencies across 35 states. Before this role, Justin held significant positions at the District of Columbia Public Schools, including Director of Billing Operations and Director of Procurement Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing a large-scale organization with a $1B budget and implementing strategy-driven transformations to enhance project efficiency. Justin's background also includes a tenure as Manager of Resources & Analysis, where impactful programs were developed for special education, and earlier roles at Arlington Public Schools.
