Emily Herrin has a diverse range of work experience. Emily started their career at Oregon Consulting Group as a Management Consultant, where they successfully completed three engagements involving pricing matrix, core-customer profiling, and outdoor economy workforce development strategy. Emily utilized various research and analysis techniques to deliver valuable results to clients.

Emily then worked as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Gilt + Gossamer, where they exceeded sales quotas and increased revenue through client relationship management, location transition recommendations, and website development.

Emily later joined the International Bipolar Foundation as a Program Manager, where they expanded program deliverables, developed marketing content, and effectively managed program operations, fundraising campaigns, and digital event planning.

Before their current role, Emily worked as a Sales Development Representative at Classy.org, the world's leading fundraising platform for social enterprises. Emily then transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Manager, Scale at the same company. In this role, they engaged with customers to provide best practices, product adoption support, and account audits. Emily also conducted live trainings and developed outreach strategies to maximize product adoption and use, resulting in increased customer sentiment, identified expansion opportunities, and optimized use of the Classy platform.

Emily Herrin graduated from the University of Oregon in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in Operations and Business Analytics. Emily also received a Google Ads Display Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) during the same month and year.
