Todd Dauphinais

Todd Dauphinais is the Managing Partner at Clavis Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on lower middle market industrial companies. Prior to this role, Todd was a Partner at ASTER CAPITAL, a venture capital fund in the Energy and Environmental technology sectors. Todd also served as the President & CEO at EFI Electronics Company and held various business development and strategy roles at Schneider Electric and Rockwell Automation. With a background in strategy and M&A consulting at Deloitte Consulting, Todd has extensive experience in managing diverse projects and successful closures of major transactions. Todd holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
