Bente Meinhardt

Bente Meinhardt has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bente started their career in 1976 as a Teacher and advisor at youth educations. In 1984, they joined Dansk Flygtningehjælp, where they worked as a Language teacher, counsellor, and consultant until 1996. Bente then moved on to CLAVIS sprog & kompetence, where they held the roles of Vicedirector from October 1996 to August 1997, and later Director/CEO from August 1997 onwards.

Bente Meinhardt's education history began in 1970 when they enrolled at Aarhus University. Bente pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nordic language and literature, which they completed in 1972. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Roskilde University from 1972 to 1974, where they pursued a Humanistisk basisuddannelse (Humanistic basic education) as their degree. In 1974, Bente Meinhardt continued their education at Roskilde University and completed a degree in Socionomi (Social work) in 1976. Later that same year, they enrolled at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen to study Psychology but did not complete their Master of Arts degree.
