Brandy Black is an accomplished project manager and librarian with extensive experience at the Clay County Board of County Commissioners since April 2013. In various roles, Brandy has demonstrated expertise in program development for teens and tweens, collection management, and staff training across multiple library branches. Notable achievements include implementing branch-wide collection analysis projects, managing community partnerships, and serving on the COVID response team for library operations. Brandy's career includes previous positions as Library Branch Manager at Ohoopee Regional Library System and Library Page at Clay County. Brandy holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Florida State University and multiple leadership certificates from the University of Florida and the Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute.
