Chris Curington

Chris Curington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants writing and consulting within urban planning and community development sectors. Currently serving as a Grants Writer for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners since December 2022, Chris also founded Solar1 in August 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant for Government Services Group from September 2021 to October 2022 and for One Energy Island from November 2017 to August 2021. Chris holds a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in the same field at Seoul National University, expected to complete in September 2024.
