Troy Nagle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and information services. Currently serving as the Assistant County Manager for Clay County Board of County Commissioners since February 2009, responsibilities include oversight of the Budget, Purchasing, Grants, Community Services, Library and Information Services Departments. Previously, Troy held roles such as Director of Information Services and E911 Coordinator, managing the MIS Department's daily activities and overseeing various IT and communication services. Prior to this, Troy served as GIS Manager for St Johns County and worked for Landmark Technologies Inc as a GIS Programming Coordinator and GIS Analyst, specializing in digitizing maps and creating GIS layers. Troy holds a Master of Science in GIS and Public Administration from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Saint Leo University.
