Devin Phillips is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as Operations Sergeant at the Clay County Sheriff's Office since September 2002, where responsibilities include leading and managing a shift supervising approximately 250 inmates daily. Previous roles include Honor Guard Sergeant, Deputy Sheriff, and Detention Officer, as well as serving as a Jailer at the Ray County Sheriff from January 1999 to September 2002. Education includes completion of the Doniphan Leadership Cohort at William Jewell College in early 2023 and training at the National Institute for Jail Operations in September 2023, in addition to studies at Metropolitan Community College in Business & Technology from 2014 to 2015.
