Kenneth Wayne

Kenneth Wayne is an experienced law enforcement professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the Clay County Sheriff's Office since April 2015, Kenneth is also a member of the Crisis Intervention Team. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various positions at the Excelsior Springs Police Department as an Officer in Charge (OIC) from September 2017 to February 2021, and served in multiple capacities, including Department Armorer, Evidence Officer, and Police Officer at the Lawson Police Department from August 2013 to September 2017. Kenneth began a law enforcement career at the Gallatin Police Department as a Road Officer from April 2011 to April 2013, and briefly served as a Sheriff's Deputy with the Caldwell County Sheriff Department in early 2011. Kenneth is a graduate of the Missouri Sheriff's Academy, having earned a Class A Post Certification in Law Enforcement in 2010.
