David Smith

David Smith has extensive experience in law enforcement and project management. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department since August 2011, David is part of the Homeless Assistance Resource Team (HART). Prior to this role, David worked as a Special Project Coordinator at DRMcNatty & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included project evaluation and team management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Civil Project Engineer at SEMA Construction, Inc., supporting project management in civil and earthworks, and as a Project Engineer at Zondiros Corporation, focusing on change order management and contract administration.
