Elaine Marino

Elaine Marino is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Clay Lacy Aviation since March 2022, Elaine previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from November 2018 to March 2021. Prior to that, Elaine worked as the Human Resources Manager at Dukes Aerospace, Inc. from February 2016 to October 2018, and as the Human Resources Program Manager at Superior Industries from January 2007 to December 2015. With a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefit administration, performance management, and HRIS implementation, Elaine collaborates with senior executives to foster a culture of integrity and high performance. Elaine is an alumnus of California State University, Northridge, and The Masters College.
