Ariel Elbaz

Ariel Elbaz is an experienced technology leader and data scientist with a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering. Currently serving as CxO at Clay Sciences since June 2016, Ariel focuses on automating machine learning processes to enhance scientific research. Previous roles include CxO at Arugga AI Farming and Chief Technology Officer at Dataminr, where Ariel was involved in real-time data processing of Twitter's full firehose. Early career accomplishments include positions at Google, OkCupid Labs, and Walleye Trading, emphasizing advanced algorithms, collaborative filtering, and data analysis. Ariel holds a PhD in Computer Science from Columbia University, alongside a Master’s degree from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a Bachelor’s degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
