Monika Issar

Monika Issar is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CTS- Clay Tech since May 2023, Monika manages recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance, among other HR functions. Previously, Monika held the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at Spectrum Insurance Broking (P) Limited from March 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment assistance, employee relations, and HR analytics. Monika started as a Human Resources Executive at SmartedgeSolutions from March 2021 to March 2022, focusing on recruitment and HR process improvement. Monika co-founded Picnick - Scooter Cafe from June 2016 to October 2019, where business planning and team management were key roles. Monika's education includes a certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Com from Trinity Institute of Professional Studies.
