Elena Correas

Elena Correas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elena started their career in 2002 as an Especialista en Medio Ambiente at FIDA- Fundación para la Investigación y el Desarrollo Ambiental. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Programme Manager at the United Nations Development Programme. Elena then joined McKinsey&Company in 2006 as a Business Analyst until 2008. Afterward, Elena joined Ashoka, where they held various positions, including Venture & Fellowship Programme Director- Ashoka Spain from 2008 to 2012, and later as the Global Fellowship Programme Director from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Elena became the Chief Customer Officer and Co-founder at ClayHR.

Elena Correas has a diverse education history. Elena obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2001. Subsequently, in 2002, they pursued a one-year program in Environmental Studies at The George Washington University. In 2003, Correas completed a Master's degree in International Development and Project Development from Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset- Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Later, in 2011, they attended IE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
