Rebecca Dorsey

Rebecca Dorsey, Ed.S, currently serves as an Academic Coach at Mundy's Mill Middle School since November 2022 and has been a STEM Curriculum Writer, Science Teacher, and Grade Level/Academy Chairperson at Clayton County Public Schools since August 2015. Additionally, Rebecca has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ImaginED Georgia since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing community development operations. Rebecca also teaches Science at Atlanta Public Schools since July 2018 and has been involved with Albany State University in various roles, including Resident Assistant and College of Education Student Assistant, since August 2011. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education from Georgia Southwestern State University, a Master of Education in Special Education with a Gifted Endorsement, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Middle Grades Education and Special Education from Albany State University.
