Joel Thomas

Joel Thomas, PMP, is a seasoned Project Manager II at Clayton since May 2019, overseeing technology projects within the Homebuilding group, managing budgets, risks, timelines, and stakeholder relationships. Prior to this role, Joel served as an Industrial Engineer, contributing to successful plant startups through the development of Metric Tracking and Reporting Systems, standardized work instructions, and warehouse layout optimization. Joel's experience also includes internships in industrial engineering and customer service roles, along with a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at the Tickle College of Engineering. Joel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
