Trunal Bhanse

Trunal Bhanse has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Trunal started their career as a Web Application Developer at Arizona State University, where they focused on building UI widgets using JavaScript and CSS. Trunal then worked at Yahoo! as a Front End Engineer and later as a Technical Yahoo!, before moving on to LinkedIn as a Software Engineer. At LinkedIn, they implemented the mobile web experience using HTML5. Trunal then joined DropTalk as a Founding Engineer/Architect, where they single-handedly built the iOS app and Chrome extension. After that, they joined Airbnb as an Engineering Manager, leading the Homes Host team and driving products for the primary supply category. Currently, Trunal is working at Confluent as the Director of Engineering, where they are responsible for leading the Lifecycle engineering organization and has led various initiatives such as Data Governance. In 2023, they will become the Chief Executive Officer at Clazar. Trunal's work experience showcases their expertise in engineering, leadership, and product development.

Trunal Bhanse earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Masters in Computer Science at Arizona State University.
