Russell Wells

Russell Wells serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of CLD Physical Security Systems since July 2024, while also holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cova Security Gates Ltd and CLD Physical Security Systems US, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic growth. In addition, Russell has been the Managing Director of FenceSafe Hire since August 2020 and a Director at ETTILEY TRANSPORT LIMITED since January 2018. Previously, Russell served as Sales Director at CLD Fencing Systems from July 2005 to August 2020, where involvement included supporting sales teams and engaging with key accounts. Earlier career roles included Northern Area External Sales Manager and Procurement & Purchasing Manager at CLD Fencing Systems, establishing long-term supply agreements with global steel mills. Education was pursued at Riverside Study Centre from 2003 to 2005.
