Joshua Saxon

Joshua Saxon has diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Joshua began their career in 2006 with the Army National Guard, where they served as a Sergeant First Class until 2019. During their time in the military, Joshua held various leadership roles, including Platoon Sergeant, Pathfinder Instructor, and Squad Leader.

In 2015, Joshua transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Carpenter / Lead Installer at Cotton Woodworks until 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Joshua served as the Chief Operations Officer at TVS FILTERS. Joshua then joined Pleatco Filtration in 2020, initially as the VP / General Manager (TVS) before being promoted to Operations Planning and Integration Manager and subsequently Vice President of Operations.

In 2022, Joshua joined Pentair as a Senior Product Manager for Industrial Air, following the acquisition of Pleatco by Pentair. Joshua remained in this role until 2023 when they joined Clean Air Industries as the COO and VP of Finance.

Joshua Saxon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Collat School of Business in 2018. Joshua then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same school, completing it in 2020.
