Ashley Korn has a diverse work experience. Ashley started their career in 2011 as an intern at Detect, where they conducted research studies and collected data on mental health issues. Ashley then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Boston Playwrights' Theatre, where they managed expenses and trained new staff. In 2012, Ashley became a Teaching Fellow at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University, teaching classes and providing student support. Ashley later became a Volunteer Research Assistant at the same organization, assisting with research and mentoring students. Since 2015, Ashley has been at Clean Air Task Force, initially as an Operations Director and currently as the Chief of Staff for Organizational Growth and Change. In their current role, they oversee administrative functions, improves processes, and manages the organization's website and social media presence.

Ashley Korn pursued their education at Boston University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from 2008 to 2012.
