Director, International Methane Partnerships And Outreach at Clean Air Task Force

Felicia Ruiz has a extensive work experience spanning over several years. Felicia recently joined Clean Air Task Force as the Director of International Methane Partnerships and Outreach in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Research and Development at Midcontinent Independent System Operator from January 2019 to October 2021. Felicia also worked at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for over 12 years, focusing on the Coalbed Methane Outreach Program and the Global Methane Initiative as part of the Climate Change Division. Before their time at the EPA, Felicia worked as a Senior Program Manager at World Links and as the Deputy Director of Municipal Programs at Alliance to Save Energy. Felicia also worked as the Manager of Andean Programs at Concurrent Technologies Corporation and as the Program Director of the New Forests Project at the International Center for Development Policy.

Felicia Ruiz attended Boston University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their studies focused on the fields of Biology and Environmental Science.
