Cindy Wei is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Greenbacker Development Opportunities Fund since April 2022, focusing on corporate-level capital investments in the renewable energy sector. Previously, Cindy held the position of Associate at both Greenbacker and ClearSky, a venture capital firm specializing in energy transition and cybersecurity investments, from November 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst at Evercore, where Cindy specialized in Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions.
