The Clean Energy Policy Strategies Consortium focuses on the strategic development and application of clean energy policy impacting residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including existing and new construction. We consist of independent companies representing over 75 years of combined experience in commercial and residential real estate development; energy projects connected to commercial and residential real estate development; and projects impacting university and other school campuses. 

We combine energy policy with development to assist energy and real estate developers—and real estate owners optimize existing clean energy incentives; and we work with policymakers and decision makers on both sides of the aisle in the development of new policies that advance energy expansion and transition objectives in the built environment. Importantly, the Consortium possesses significant experience in working with low-income and disadvantaged communities, and building the necessary alliances to ensure direct community benefit.
