Heath Wilson

Heath Wilson is a Senior Legal Officer at the Clean Energy Regulator since August 2023, following an extensive tenure at IP Australia from October 2006 to August 2023, where roles included Project Manager and various Assistant General Manager positions, focused on trade marks law and oppositions processes. Previous experience includes serving as an Acting Policy Officer in the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and working as a Para-legal and Solicitor at King Cain Solicitors. Heath Wilson holds a Bachelor of Media and Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
