Matthew Peasnall is a Process Engineer currently with Clean Food Group since January 2024, having previously held similar roles at ENOUGH from July 2021 to January 2024, where Matthew progressed from Graduate Process Engineer to Process Engineer. Early experience includes a position as Assistant Process Engineer at 3F BIO LTD from June 2020 to December 2020 and as an intern in the same role from June 2019 to August 2019. Matthew's work has focused on pilot plant operations, including the preliminary design of feed preparation sections and participation in HAZOP and HAZID studies. Prior to engineering roles, Matthew worked as a House Team Member for the Edinburgh University Students' Association during the Edinburgh Festival, emphasizing teamwork and public interaction under pressure. Matthew holds a degree from The University of Edinburgh (2016-2021) and attended an Engineering Summer School at Anna University Chennai in 2018.
